SITUATION
Engaging game manual needed for last release of Zoo Tycoon 2 on Games for Windows.
CHALLENGE
Very little user assistance existed in game. This created a negative user experience as shown in play tests.
HOW I HELPED
► Created a manual that presented users with a golden path to a successful gameplay experience.
► This effort (and spread) marked the first time ever that the game's Main Menu (UI and game modes) were depicted and explained in the game's manual.
RESULTS
Positively received by all stakeholders. Approved first round.
