Clinical Portal for a Telemedicine App

We're happy to share a design piece we have recently developed for one of our clients. The project helps patients reach doctors online in an instant. Not only this way people can save their precious time since there is no commute, but it also helps the doctors to optimise the communication and the management within the medical team.

This particular piece is a panel which helps doctors to see the list of all patients who have contacted the clinic to get treatment. The panel also allows the medical team to examine the notes the doctor made and a few other details to keep records and be on the same page.
