Green New Deal graphic exploration. This references the blue eagle of the 1933 National Recovery Administration. This popular voluntary program marked businesses that paid fair wages that customers could support, and boycott those without. This momentum peaked with the passage of the Wagner Act and a surge in American labor unions and worker's rights.
