New typeface - Revolucion

Also known as Soviet League Expanded, Revolución was inspired by the artwork and themes surrounding the Cuban Revolution of the 1950s. The letterforms are strong, bold, and condensed and come in 4 styles. The brutalist style combined with the hand-drawn, organic feel of the edges produces a typeface that exudes a sense of power mixed with emotion and organization mixed with improvisation—which, I feel, aptly describes the mixing of Soviet and Cuban culture and ideologies during the period.
