Godfather Scene - Louis Restaurant

If there is a movie I would take to the lost island with me, it would be a Godfather trilogy. For some reason, this scene stuck with me visually. It's where all starts for Michael Corleone and somehow the orange and pink letters on the restaurant window play beautifully with the darkness of the rest of the scene. Which Godfather movie do you like the most?
