Appraise UI

Hello people,

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to rethink Appraise's interface. Appraise is a web application for continuous feedback from decentralized teams.

The main objective was to create a more adequate experience of the product value proposition that is to allow the evaluation of decentralized teams in an intuitive way with few interactions.
The challenge was to develop an interface that would allow the user to visualize all the levels of their co-workers in relation to their own level and position them according to their desire.

The application also allows text-based comments on the user's evaluation decision made by their work team.
