Stepstone mobile app

StepStone is a platform that helps people to find their dream job and makes this process easier. Our main role is to encourage users to use our app, minimise uninstall rate, extend the lifecycle of the app and increase general retention. We constantly work on improving basic features in the app (application process, search engine) and try to personalise user experience.
We have provided some kind of gamification - Activity Score - that assists, motivates and supports the user in finding user’s next dream job.
The general direction of app personalization requires a storage, that will allow a user to have a centralized area where his personal data can be stored and edited. That's the reason of creating Profile section in the app, where all user data can be kept and managed.
After providing these features we can see big KPI changes (app interest; number of visits; number of logged-in unique visitors).
We're still working on new ideas how to improve the experience and create a new way of helping the users get most out of Stepstone’s app.
