This current work, serves well as my late tribute to my hometown birthday celebrated passed April 7th. The concept behind, a cultural shield, constructed by the encounter of the republican and Art Deco architecture that shapes this modern and eclectic city. Let the night and breeze of this magical territory surrounded by sea and river live for another 100 !
