Dell - Transport Management Dashboard Tool

Transport Management Tool, one of many internally used products by Dell, is meant to be used by Dell’s 25000+ employees in India for managing employee transport services. This dashboard facilitates requesting of cabs, scheduling cab services, attaching new transport providers, raising complaints, billing, tracking the location of the cabs, etc.

I was responsible for improving the UX of the existing dashboard while adhering to Dell’s internal style guidelines. The existing design was very outdated (2012) and any new feature request implementation did not follow a user-centred approach.
