Publication: Guide through the labyrinth of state governing

The Guide Through the Labyrinth of State Governing was produced by the Serbian Ministry of Culture and Media, with the idea to support the young individuals, entrepreneurs and NGOs in getting familiarized with the legal and administrative frameworks by which the Republic of Serbia is implementing its budget funding in the field of culture and civil sector. The publication was initially released on the occasion of the first Creative Europe conference held in Belgrade in June 2014.
