Team Retrospective Dark Mode

Hey folks!

We're still in development with our tool for distributed team retrospectives, so I thought I'd share a little something:
an exploration for native MacOS dark mode support.

The screenshot shows the flow of the Team adding all their notes to the dedicated columns, to differentiate between things to start, stop and continue doing. There are many variations to Retrospectives – which one are you most familiar with? I'd love to find out, also so we can support multiple entry modes!
