flybuystravel.com.au is an online booking platform for customers of Australia’s largest loyalty program, Flybuys.

The project was to re-think an existing travel booking system, maintained by Corporate Travel Management, a company traditionally catering to corporate travellers, so that it will suit the needs of the everyday traveller.

The project also had to be designed for future white label projects in mind.

Our approach was to build a responsive website that utilises existing backend technologies to power an end-to-end e-commerce site for consumers.

We utilised many UI/UX conventions similar to travel customers whilst enabling loyalty specific functionalities, such as points redemption and earning.
