DigID is the Dutch national digital identity service for Dutch citizens. Via the new DigID app Dutch citizens can now interact with the government by chatting directly with government services.

Via the patient file access management chatbot users can manage which healthcare providers have access to their medical file, via an easy to use conversational interface.
