Profile screens for a user's pet medical records.

Sometimes I forget to bring physical pet documents with me when I take my dog for grooming or to the vet for vaccinations. Other times I forget the previous appointment dates from the top of my head. This app concept attempts to solve the need for managing/remembering all pet appointments, especially for multiple pets.
