🔗 Edit Tooltips

Another shot regarding this complex tooltip. It will appear when you enter in an edit mode to change the different values of a chart.

We needed to manage multiple cases like a selection, sub-selection but at the same time changing the values by their delta or only the new values.

We got many edge cases but I believe we manage to have something that is still understandable without having too many things at the same time.
