Good Vibes Team Logo

Logo design for "Good Vibes Team" at Stayz/HomeAway. Good Vibes Team is the social committee, in charge of all social events and bringing "Good Vibes".

Two designs were considered. The first, a word-mark logo, designed to be used alone or in conjunction with other identifying marks for other events/social groups (e.g. can be paired with the Swim Club's logo)

The second, a logo brought in a bit of personality to the team and introduced the hand symbol. Borrowing from the meanings of the Shaka sign and the Hamsa symbols.

The second design was chosen as it effectively communicates the team's core purpose of instilling "good vibes" to the workplace using a symbol. It also meant it can be easily adapted for multiple languages and cultures for other offices across the globe.
