EASTER AT VENTURE

The look for Easter this year at Venture Church was inspired by our recent message series "The Good News." We took the concept of Jesus' miracles making headlines and kind of turned it on its head. His greatest miracle was his resurrection, and it showed that our salvation is proof that death is dead once and for all.

Some conceptual notes/Easter eggs (so to speak):
- The ripped newspaper is representative of the torn veil into the Holy of Holies.
- The top of the newspaper in "The Good News" listed the price of the paper and the word "Final," noting that was the last version of the paper printed that day. In the Easter version, the words "IT IS FINISHED" and the price listed as "FREE" note that Jesus paid the price for US and we are free from sin.
