Unofficial rebound of GopherCon SG 2019's mascot

This is a rebound of the original artwork (not mine).

- Split the eyeballs (space in between).
- Make left ear connected to face, with less shadow.
- Make right ear "hidden" so that it looks more logical.
- Make eye reflection more cartoony.
- Adjusted the teeth to be slightly less symmetrical.
- Slight adjust to the (lion) mane.
