Next steps - with illustration by Elias Stein

We updated the instructions for going live - a critical step for customers - with wording and hierarchy help from our content strategist Rachel and a fun spot illustration created Elias Stein ( @Elias Stein ) who we were lucky to work with to bring illustrations into all the most critical steps in our control panel. The goal was to make customers feel at ease, and for them to know what their next steps are.
