Unused HR Portal Concept

This was a HR portal concept pitched to a client, where pre-appraisal, employees could self-evaluate their skills in comparison to those expected for their job role, find other jobs that they may be qualified for in other areas of the business, find out whether they may be eligible for a promotion and apply for further training. Whilst they loved the design, at this stage, they are completing the project in-house.
