AccorHotels are a global hospitality brand focused on customer experience. KO Studio were approached by the client’s loyalty agency, Collinson Group, in 2015 to create a distinct design and messaging style for the Australian launch of their loyalty rewards site La Collection by Le Club AccorHotels. And we’ve enjoyed a long and successful relationship since, providing regular design support on a wide range of web, email and social loyalty campaigns for various areas of the brands customer comms.
