Food & Wine Grilling Book

As a Senior Designer at Oxmoor House, I produced Food & Wine’s first Grilling book. It celebrates the art of grilling with a collection of chef-inspired recipes that includes barbecue, steaks, chicken, seafood, salads, pizzas, marinades, sauces, and desserts. To maintain the F&W branding in this new genre, I balanced light/minimalist and dark/moody photography to create a relaxed and casual entertaining style. I also used illustrated icons to highlight the editors’ top grilling tips, essential tools, and ideas for outdoor entertaining.
