Day 14: Countdown Timer

Hi guys,

Today I was challenged to create a countdown timer.

For this challenge I wanted to create a design that kids would love to use. The idea is that the spaceship starts on earth and flies past more and more planets as the timer counts down. As soon as the timer hits zero the spaceship will land on a certain planet.

To make the timer more appealing I decided to go with flat design and use illustrations and bright colors.

It might be fun to animate this in the future.
