Hello, guys. Today I would like to share a way how we create Personas for customers projects.
Starting to work with a new project everyone in a team has to understand who is going to use it. By understanding of users’ concerns, goals, motivations, and expectations it’s possible to create a product that could be simple, clear and will satisfy users needs.
Unfortunately, just understanding of listed above information will help your team to design a good product, but not a great one.
To create the product that users will love, each member of your team have to empathize the users. And Personas will help you to build these empathy bridge between every person of your team and future users.
So, now you could see how we create Personas in our company. You could catch how the empathy aspect is reflected by each specific Personas and also feel sympathy for our created Personas.
