The UX Design Process for Homelane's Requirement Gathering Flow
Homelane is a home furnishing and interior design brand. We designed the requirement gathering and lead generation process for them. Our involvement began with understanding their existing customer acquisition process, suggesting changes, redesigning the workflow, launching the workflow, monitoring metrics on user drop offs, conversions etc and eventually making changes to ensure that business KPIs were met. The process of renovating your house takes nearly 3-6 months and is generally a family decision. With everyone expecting something different for each room, its difficult to get everyone on the same page. Moreover, users find it difficult to express what they realy want. We were trying to solve this problem through our designs.
