UX Case Study: Coverfox Insurance

Coverfox is a leading insurance brand in India. We designed their health insurance workflows to help users enrol and claim for insurance easily. It was a 4 month project and the scope of work included researching the insurance space, understanding the users and the different products, creating customer journeys, designing the wireframes and defining the visual design of the product. A user could apply for insurance for his entire family and mange their health needs through the app. The challenge with insurance is that people don't understand the terms & conditions. Our aim was to design a transparent system where the user could be educated and well aware of what he is signing up for.
