996 work schedule is a universal attendance indicator in China enterprises.It literally means employees must go to work from 9:00 a.m until 9:00 p.m., and work 6 days a week.Actually,employees may work longer because of A lot of task may be distributed by their leaders.Some people endure high-intensity work, so that enter the ICU ward.Most people are still healthy, but their spare time is being occupied. They lack of opportunities for self-development,learning,fitness, and family companionship.Older, but technically experienced members may be eliminated because they cannot afford 996 schedule.
Now, no organization can stand in the interests of employees and compete with capitalists.We are gradually turning into livestock,animals.

I watched this GitHub event and got the inspiration for creating this work.We should not keep silent.Designers' lives matter.
