You're the top banana

This image was made to illustrate the quote "You're the top banana." I chose this because being the top banana doesn't necessarily mean to be better than someone else, but the notion of being better than you were the day before. To be your best self. It is represented by the pointer finger as the banana because the pointer finger has a meaning of being number one, at the top. I am in the process of experimenting with different illustration styles and I am thinking of creating this as an acrylic painting as well in a more impressionistic painting style.
