What's a zwickel?
The "zwickel" is the sample valve on the side of a conditioning tank that brewers use to take testing and motivational samples from.

Zwickelbier is a freshly-fermented version of Enegren's classic Helles canned straight off the tank. This beer comes unfiltered, with yeast and hop derivatives left in suspension which leads to a more bready and hoppy flavor.
