Tontine "Grow and Develop" wallpaper

Glasgow City Council opened a hub for start up companies in the centre of Glasgow, called the "Tontine". It provides a base for very low rent and has all the facilities that an entrepreneur would need to find their feet. I used the legends of St Mungo, which are integral to Glasgow's initial success as a trading city, as a metaphor for the rebirth of commercial activity in Glasgow now. The four walls in the "Centre For Civic Innovation" Section featured custom wallpaper, featuring the four themes- Fish, Tree, Bell and Tree of St. Mungo and then I expanded this by attaching an entrepreneurial aspiration to inspire people to greater achievements. This wall featured the concept of trees growing everywhere to represent the activity in Glasgow. I then used the Lightbulb Icon attached to the branch of a tree like a bud blooming, to represent the spirit of the entrepreneur blooming through the noise of all the activity! I included a tagline stating "Grow And Develop" to reinforce the concept.
