Social Sharing Blog Buttons

Problem: A wide variety of social sharing buttons are tacking. It ends up looking like the side of a race car. So many "stickers".

Solution: Upon rollover, and eventually tap / click if a touch device, the "featured image" in Wordpress will fold over and reveal sharing buttons for the post. These are my favorite three: Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.

There when you need it, hidden when you do not.

Update: Implemented the Google+ button did not end up so good looking. Google gives no control at all. Everything is rendered in an iFrame. No plain text link to use.
