Here is how you can publish an Adobe After Effects sequence on Dribbble with audio.
1) Export the After Effects sequence to a folder on your computer. Use Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder queue. In Adobe Media Encoder : Select format "H264", select preset "Match Source - High bitrate", select Output File "a file on your computer, save as filetype .mp4"
2) Download audio files that you like - use .wav format - from Freesound.org, Sounddogs.com or "Adobe Audition Downloads" to a folder on your computer.
3) Open Adobe Premiere Pro. Import the .mp4 video file - that you saved to a folder - and the .wav audio files into Adobe Premiere Pro. Drag the files from the project area to the timeline area . . . with the .mp4 video file on the top.
4) Clip, stretch and mix the sound.
5) Select Export> Media > Export settings - in Premiere Pro to save the tracks as a .mp4 video with audio for use on Dribbble. Select format "H264", select preset "Match Source - Medium bitrate" in Adobe Media Encoder to save as a medium sized file.
You must have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
The .wav audio format is uncompressed. The .mp3 audio format is compressed.
