Charge Place Glasgow With Glasgow Marque

Glasgow is embarking on a programme of installing charging points for electric cars throughout the City. They need branding to apply to the stations. I used a circle to symbolise the planets atmosphere and also a circled point on the map of Glasgow. I then converted this to a Capital G and transformed the crossbar of the G into a plug facing in to the atmosphere/Place circle to say, that this is where you can replenish the batteries in your car. I used Futura to reflect that this is going to be the future of vehicles in our global attempt to halt global warming. I used the same corporate colours of the Glasgow Marque to sit comfortably with Glasgow's existing branding Marque designed by Graven Images.
