The Edit Onboarding Experience
After this text message-based vinyl record startup had been open for a few months, they realized they needed to make some branding and design improvements in order to obtain more customers. After consulting, it was decided The Edit needed to create brand loyalty and legitimacy to expand their customer base with a four step process.
This design was part of step #2, which was to update their online presence with brand assets, UX, and UI design changes.
Above is a redesigned personalization user experience, which creates a tailored AI algorithm for each user to get vinyl recommendations they'd want to purchase texted directly to them.
