Messenger Chatbot Logo - Van Marcke

How do you make your brand and your brand values come to life online in an innovative way? Bathroom and kitchen specialist Van Marcke did the test in the run-up to Batibouw with a real chatbot: BadBot - RoboBain for French speakers. The icing on the cake? This campaign won a Cuckoo Award for 'Best Innovative Idea'.
