✨ The Sorcerer's Apprentice ✨

Dream Client: Disney 🐭 It's been a while, homies! I'm back with the latest addition to my Dream Client Series. This time I've illustrated an example of what a potential collaboration with the Walt Disney Company might look like.

Interestingly enough, this is the very first time I've drawn Mickey Mouse. Which is kinda surprising considering Disney's influence in my life. I learnt a lot about Mickey's features while developing this piece. Some details weren’t that apparent before. For example, you rarely ever see his neck. Regardless of perspective, his head usually rests upon his shoulders. Think about it! 🤔 Unless you have a certain style, there's definitely some dos and don'ts for depicting Mickey.

When I think of all the different versions of Mr. Mouse, Sorcerer Mickey is definitely my favorite. Fantasia is wondrous as a whole, but the Sorcerer's Apprentice portion of the film has a special place in my heart. I have no problem illustrating ANY of the many characters under House Mouse, but the magical theme of that cartoon feels like the perfect pairing with my style. Don't you agree?

A dream come true would be to see my art on a wall of Wonder Ground Gallery. I shall MANIFEST this vision, along with every other Dream Client declared! Stay tuned for more dream chasing! ✨
