Big Wet Tower

My primary objective is to renovate the water tower illustration. After looking at it for so long the black outlines on V1 really started to bug me. I felt that the darker blue and black got too muddled together. Plus, the real-life tower I'm using for inspo is all white. I obliterated the black and matched the blue to the blue of the Durham flag. Happier days are ahead.
