Fancy Champs and the Bad Rhabby

Our beautiful 3 year old son Flynn was diagnosed with rare and aggressive form of cancer called Orbital Rhabdomyosarcoma at Christmas. He has been receiving chemotherapy since January.

Before this treatment started, we looked for books to explain to him and his little sister Casey what was happening. However, it quickly became apparent that there was very little available for this age group. There was certainly nothing that included dinosaurs or fancy hats, two of their very important interests.

So we made one!

The story 'Fancy Champs and the Bad Rhabby' (Flynn's name idea) features a team of three behatted dinosaurs who use their powers to send the 'Bad Rhabby' Rhabdomyosarcoma on it's way.

So now, onwards to Proton Beam Therapy. We are going to Florida next month. We are incredibly lucky that the NHS will pay for this treatment and will fly Flynn, my husband and myself out there. However, we need to raise money to take our daughter Casey with us and pay for all the additional costs involved.

If you could please share our fundraising link or spare anything towards our fundraising we would be incredibly grateful. You can find the page here: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/supportforflynn
