Driver App order details grace period

We are excited to introduce the grace period feature added in our Driver App! We learnt that drivers will hunt for whatever orders appeared without confirming the details due to high competition rate on our platform. These behaviour cause high order release rate and also affect the clients' experience. To solve the problem, order will be reserved to the only driver who entered grace period so they can have sufficient time to make their decision!
