Tabbar Interaction - For the Lefty and for the Righty

Hi guys,

Today I come up with a new interaction that would be useful for tablet users when using the tabbar.

Every tabbar will show at the center for easy reach from both hands, but why not let the float to the side you want just with one swipe?

How do you think about this interaction? Would it be useful, or not? Please tell me your thought.
