Checklists app design

This is part of the checklist module in an app for multiple unit businesses that I'm working on.

Users can quickly mark a checkpoint as "OK" or "Not OK" in the list of tasks. And they can click to get an extended view of a task - where they may add comments or photos and see extended details.

Some checkpoints have mandatory comment when a checkpoint is not ok etc. This automatically takes user to the extended view if they check it as "Not OK". This is a re-design currently in progress.
