Internal Product Returns Application UX / UI

This is a redesign of an internal process for returning goods within a corporation. Research into the current processes and applications for returning goods as well as internal meetings with department heads was completed prior to any ux work.

Over the course of 6 months, the business process and needs were accounted for and wires and designs with thorough annotations for functionality ready to hand off to the development team were created (see the left notes.)
