Supplier Portal UX for a manufacturer

This redesign is for supplier portal, built over the course of 15 years. A complex site architecture, challenging usability and outdated look and feel typified the application before the redesign.

I completed an extensive audit of the current application’s information architecture and existing functionality, and then worked with the team to propose the updated application structure.

Each page or module was tackled individually, in every instance with the user’s needs at the forefront.

92 pages of wireframes were designed for the application along with documentation on all recommended functionality changes. Designs were also created with annotations on mobile and tablet scaling, navigation, and how to deal with any future needs within the current branding.
