Internal Sales CRM UX/UI project

The medical manufacturer's team asked for direction on improving their existing application for tracking sales and accounts.

The process included a heuristic review, competitor review and multiple discussions with the Steris team. After completing wireframes for proposed updates and further review with the IT and business teams, we completed clickable prototypes and conducted audio recorded user testing.

The testing suggested further changes and confirmed many proposed changes. UI designs and templating guidelines and documentation were completed for hand off to the development teams.
