Vivian Maier

Today is #internationalwomensday so I will be posting this month about inspiring women ✊ Vivian Maier was an unknown photographer. Many years later her pictures were found by John Maloof. She worked as a nanny and used to take pictures in her spare time. The children she nannied described her as "a Socialist, a Feminist, a movie critic, and a tell-it-like-it-is type of person. She learned English by going to theaters, which she loved ... She was constantly taking pictures, which she didn't show anyone". She had the talent of capturing emotions and stories in her pictures, just from people passing by 📷💫
