Lauren Fleshman

In honor of March being Women’s History month, I’ve decided to draw women who inspire me! First up is Lauren Fleshman (also known as the Fleshman Flyer and for good reason). She was a fierce athlete on the track but now gives back to the running community by hosting running/writing retreats, coaching elite athletes, writing training journals, and advocating for the sport of track and field. She also hosts one of my favorite podcasts, “Work, Play, Love” with her husband, Jesse Thomas, and together they own Picky Bars, a nutritious bar company! She works to lift other women up and inspire them to be their best!
