Madame Butterfly

This beauty evolved of @Ben Stafford's creative genius. The client—a fintech company with an app to help people achieve their financial goals—needed a mark that conveyed modern simplicity, optimism, and growth. Accordingly, we explored the journey of a butterfly: from egg to adult, a fitting metaphor for financial metamorphosis.

These wings didn't make the cut but they were my personal favorite, in their modern simplicity, optimism and growth, and just a whisper of the form of the butterfly. We see often where design sits in the driver's seat; here it becomes a passenger along for the ride in the mind of an intrigued beholder.
