Tickets Detail View Sketch

Sketching a low-resolution idea is a great way to explore several concepts without committing to a design or code. For this page, this is all the details of the "problem" or incident tickets that are active for the user. After extensive user research, I determined which types of information was most useful to the user and how this information should be structured. I also balanced the information the user wants to see with the established stye for "tickets." Then I reviewed this design with users to get validation of the concept before moving to a higher fidelity. Through iterations based on research and feedback, I designed a better ticket display that matched the user's mental model and expectations.
