Tickets List View Sketch

Sketching a low-resolution idea is a great way to explore several concepts without committing to a design or code. For this page, this lists all the "problem" or incident tickets that are active in the system. After extensive user research, I determined which types of information was most useful to the user at this list view. I also reviewed this design with users to get validation of the concept before moving to a higher fidelity. Through iteration, I got to a better view that matched the user's mental model and expectations.
