Affinitize Data How Might We Workshop

After conducting interviews and a usability review with several participants, the next phase was to analyze the data. We used the online white boarding tool Mural. What's great about Mural is that you can do this activity co-located and it will last forever. After I analyzed the data points, I asked members of the team to brainstorm ideas of "How Might We" solve some of the problems and pain points that surfaced out interviews. I can then add these suggested solutions in our findings report to share with our stakeholders. This will not only display the problems the users are having, it will also give them a roadmap to move forward with next steps.
